What is the terms of payment?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal. For small order, customers prefer to choose 100%; for bulk order, 30%T/T as deposit and 70% before delivery.
Can I get a free sample?

I fully understand your point,but it's not cheap as you know,so it's not workable for a factory. When you send the order ,we will return the sample fee to you, or you can deduct it from the account .
Do you accept ODM or OEM order?

Of course, yes. As a original factory, we accept OEM and ODM order.
Can I add my logo on ebike and package?

We can add your brand or logo on ebike and package and it may cost some fee (about 100-200 dollars). We recommend to choose this service for bulk order.
What is delivery time?

For sample order, it is always within 7 days. For bulk order, it is 25-35 days. If we design a total new model, it needs 45-60 days.
